I’m Clarissa 👋 Multi-passionate creative entrepreneur. 
In my past corporate life, I had the honor of supporting hundreds of aspiring managers and executives on their leadership path. I’ve also facilitated learning for thousands of emerging creative entrepreneurs through my online events and coaching programs. I saw a need to help aspiring and new creative entrepreneurs learn and embody the leadership skills that I facilitated in my corporate days. Hence the birth of The Soulful Leadership Experience.

Week 6: Developing Team Members. Create a win-win-win environment for your team members.

Week 7: Retaining Team Members. Learn what you can do to retain your best people.

Week 8: Off-boarding and Succession Planning. Don’t be caught off-guard. Intentional off-boarding and future planning is key in order for your company to grow and flourish.
