Week 6: Developing Team Members. Create a win-win-win environment for your team members.
Week 7: Retaining Team Members. Learn what you can do to retain your best people.
Week 8: Off-boarding and Succession Planning. Don’t be caught off-guard. Intentional off-boarding and future planning is key in order for your company to grow and flourish.
