You’re Stuck. You’re Procrastinating. And You Don’t Want to Keep Living Life This Way.

Maybe you’ve spent years in corporate, but deep down you just want to be an artist.

Maybe you’ve always wanted to publish a children’s book or your memoir.

Or maybe you have a creative dream and are wondering where to start.

But something’s been in the way:

You go to start the project, procrastinate and don’t get anything done.

Or you’re afraid of what others might say about you (or your work).

Maybe you're afraid to speak your own truth and find your own voice, because everyone else’s voices are always inside your head.

You’re still making decisions based on what your parents, teachers, or boss is going to say.

And you’re always putting everyone's needs first.

But not anymore…

You’re Ready to Find YOUR Voice.

Deep inside, there’s a creative person who needs expression.

You want to make art. Write the book.

You want to trust your inner voice, build up your courage and confidence to bring your dreams to life.

Embrace your creative side like you did when you were a child.

Or give yourself permission to explore the creative side of you.

You might’ve found yourself in this place before.

You're completely motivated to do the thing, but something keeps stopping you…

When you get to midlife, it's hard to break the habits, the conditioning,

your own thought patterns, and do the thing…and you know you need support

if you want to finally do the thing!

And how do I know this? Well…let me tell you a little bit about my story.

Hi, I’m Clarissa.

I’m an artist, transformational coach, and trained psychologist — and for as long as I can remember, two things have been true about me:

I’ve always loved helping people.
And I’ve always turned to art when life got hard.

For years, I followed the “be practical” path.  I achieved (heck, I even have a doctorate degree!), performed, overthought, people-pleased — and quietly tucked my creativity to the side. Art became something I returned to in private, especially during seasons of burnout, loss, or when I didn’t have the words to express myself.

I know what it’s like to want change — and still procrastinate, second-guess yourself, or move at the speed of molasses even when your heart is clearly pulling you forward.

Eventually, my body stepped in.

In 2023, I was diagnosed with spasmodic dysphonia — a rare neurological voice condition that made speaking unpredictable and exhausting. As someone whose livelihood depended on words, it was terrifying.

But it was also clarifying.

When language became unreliable, art became essential.
When my voice faltered, expression found another way through.

That’s when I stopped treating creativity as optional and started honoring it as a form of intelligence — a way we process, integrate, and move forward when logic alone isn’t enough.

I didn’t create The Art of Becoming because I had everything figured out.
I created it because I needed it.

It’s the path I used to reconnect with myself, trust my inner knowing again, and take meaningful steps forward — even when I felt unsure, imperfect, or afraid.

If you’re at a point in life where the old rules no longer fit, where the “shoulds” feel heavy, and something inside you is asking for more — I see you.

And I’d be honored to walk this path with you.

The Art of Becoming is that reset.

This isn’t another class where you learn a bunch of theory and never do anything with it.

This is a creative, coaching-infused, guided process to help you:

✔️ Reconnect with your voice

✔️ Break through limiting beliefs

✔️ Reignite your creativity

✔️ Take action on what matters most

✔️ And do the thing that you’ve been dreaming of for months, years, even decades

It’s gentle, but powerful.

Simple, but transformative.

And it works—because we’re not trying to fix you.

We’re guiding you back to your full self-expression.

Move from vague dream to a specific project.

Create simple structure & habits to bring that project to life.

Proud say, “I did this creative thing!”

How do you get back to that creative and self-expression?

You have to be willing to take a step and show up.

And it might seem counterintuitive, but to do this type of work, it actually needs a structure where you can unlearn the old and relearn the new.

This is for you if…

  •  You feel disconnected from your creativity or intuition
  •  You’ve got a passion project, idea, or vision waiting to be born
  •  You’re ready for a new chapter—but don’t know where to begin
  • You’re tired of hiding, second-guessing, or not taking action
  • You crave more joy, flow, and meaning in your life
  • You’re done procrastinating

What do you get in the Art of Becoming?

These are the steps that I've done with my clients again and again, to get them back onto their creative path; rediscover who they are, and tell everyone unashamedly what they're doing.

WEEK 1 – DREAM
Figure out your vision. Who do you want to become? Remember that person inside of you who wants to share more of who you really are.

WEEK 2 – DECIDE
During this week, I show you ways to spot the self-sabotage that’s actually hiding underneath “the hood” that you might not even recognize, and then how to shift that story, so you can actually get (and do) what you want.

WEEK 3 – PLAN
You’ve reconnected with your voice and vision—now it’s time to bring it into form.
In this module, we don’t just talk about goals—we create a tangible, soul-aligned plan that honors your life, energy, and rhythm. You’ll learn how to break your big, beautiful dream into doable steps so that you can stop spinning your wheels and start moving forward with intention.

No more guessing. No more overwhelm. Just clarity and confidence on what to do next.

WEEK 4 – BE BRAVE

This is where your courage meets your calendar.
We’ll unpack what’s holding you back and create a brave, doable action plan. Whether you’re launching a creative project, setting boundaries, or finally saying yes to your next chapter—you’ll be guided to take that next step even if it’s messy.

Confidence is built through action—not perfection. You’ll be supported every step of the way.

WEEK 5 – REFLECT

Most programs stop at action, but real transformation happens in the reflection.

You’ll learn my simple, powerful reflection tool to assess what’s working, what needs adjusting, and what you’ve learned about yourself. This week is all about deepening your trust, refining your path, and building a feedback loop that honors your growth instead of shaming your pace.

You’ll stop abandoning your progress and start honoring it.

WEEK 6 – INTEGRATE

We’ll bring your journey full circle—not with a bow, but with a blooming.

You’ll celebrate what you’ve created, release what you’ve outgrown, and choose your next step with confidence. This isn’t about becoming someone new—it’s about reclaiming who you’ve always been.

Walk away with clarity, confidence, and a personalized Becoming Map to keep evolving beyond our time together.

Plus, each week you’ll also get…

FAQ:

Q: I don’t know if I’ll have the time to commit. How much time will this take?
A: Most people who join feel exactly this way — they’re juggling work, family, caregiving, and responsibilities. This program doesn’t ask you to overhaul your life or add hours to your schedule.

Instead, you’ll:
 • Identify where creative time can realistically exist in your week
 • Choose one creative focus instead of spinning in many directions
 • Set aside short, protected blocks of time you can actually keep

Many participants end the program with a weekly rhythm for creativity — whether that’s writing, art-making, classes, or community — instead of waiting for “someday.”

Q: I’ve tried programs before, but they didn’t stick. Will this work for m?E
A: That’s usually not a motivation problem — it’s a design problem. Many programs expect you to already know what you want and how to execute it. The Art of Becoming starts earlier than that.

We help you:
 • Choose a realistic creative direction (not ten at once)
 • Break big ideas (like writing a book or starting an art practice) into next steps you can actually complete
 • Build consistency without pressure or guilt

By the end, people aren’t just inspired: they’ve started. They’ve written pages, made art, joined classes, or set up studio time that didn’t exist before.

Q: What if I pay and do nothing?
A: That concern makes sense — especially if you’ve invested before and felt disappointed in yourself afterward.

This program is structured to help you use what you sign up for:
 • Clear weekly focus so you’re not overwhelmed
 • Simple assignments that move your creative project forward
 • Group momentum and accountability that makes showing up easier

Many people join because they’re tired of thinking about their creative life and want support to actually build it — even in small, meaningful ways.

Q: What if I’m not sure what my creative vision or goal is?
A: You don’t need a fully formed plan to start.

This program is especially helpful if you:
 • Know you want a more creative life but that’s about it - you’re not sure what to do next
 • Have ideas like writing a book, making art, teaching, or another passion project, but feel overwhelmed
 • Want help deciding what to focus on now

You’ll be guided to choose a starting point, set priorities, and take concrete steps — whether that’s writing consistently, creating a workspace, enrolling in a class, or developing a schedule that finally sticks.

Q: What if I don’t finish everything perfectly?
A: That’s not the goal.

The goal is progress you can build on:
 • Creative work in motion
 • Time on your calendar that didn’t exist before
 • A clearer sense of what matters — and what doesn’t

Leave with something tangible underway, and the confidence to keep going after the program ends.
